A rich, smooth and slightly sweet cocktail combining vodka, coffee liqueur and fresh espresso. Strong, creamy and perfect as an after-dinner cocktail.

Ingredients

Vodka

100ml

Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa works well)

50ml

Fresh Espresso Coffee

60ml (2 shots)

Sugar Syrup (optional depending on sweetness preference)

10–20ml

Instructions

Brew 2 fresh shots of espresso and allow them to cool slightly for 1–2 minutes

Shake all ingredients for 15–20 seconds, with ice (This creates the creamy foam layer on top)

Double strain into two chilled martini glasses
